Office Manager in Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and order as needed
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment
- Act as the point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in an office management role is a plus but not required for this entry-level position
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in Portuguese with basic knowledge of English
Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer a free visa and ticket to Portugal.
