Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Dietitian to join our team in Malindi. As a Nutrition Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits to our clients, with a focus on the Indian community. You will work closely with individuals to develop personalized meal plans and provide ongoing support and education to help them achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' dietary needs and health goals
- Create personalized meal plans based on individual needs, preferences, and dietary restrictions
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, healthy eating habits, and portion control
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their health goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care for clients
- Stay updated on latest research and trends in nutrition to continuously improve services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian or Nutritionist (experience working with the Indian community preferred)
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and healthy eating habits
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Empathetic nature and passion for helping others improve their health through proper nutrition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work permit or visa (for non-Kenyan candidates)

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)
