As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and coatings to various surfaces in a manufacturing setting. Your primary duty will be to ensure that all products are properly painted and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure that all painted surfaces are free of defects and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of hazardous materials
- Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an industrial painter is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
