Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Malindi, Kenya. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects in Malindi from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Monitor progress of construction projects and adjust plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project budget including cost estimates, invoices, and change orders
- Oversee site safety and enforce safety protocols
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, Kenya.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours of 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required depending on project timelines.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
