Instrument Technician for Oil and Gas Industry in Sharjah



A reputable oil and gas company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry and possess a relevant diploma or technical certification.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of instruments and control systems.
- Install new instruments and control systems as per manufacturer's specifications.
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or abnormalities.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
- Diploma or technical certification in Instrumentation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles, control systems, and process control loops.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month, as well as medical insurance, annual leave, and other benefits. This position is suitable for men who are African or Malayalee nationals with their own visa. English proficiency is required for this role.
