Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to lead our team in Eschen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural design concepts based on client requirements.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the work of architects, drafters, and other team members.
- Review and approve project drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Conduct quality control checks on completed projects.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Eschen (accommodation not provided)
