We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for performing various punching tasks in the manufacturing of metal products. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch presses and other equipment to punch holes or shapes into metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints or work orders to determine punching specifications
- Set up and adjust machines according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machinery or products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience as a Puncher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of punch press operations and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with opportunities for overtime pay. We also provide free visa assistance and airfare for qualified candidates.
