We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and blueprints, estimating project costs, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to bring their visions to life while also considering functionality, safety, and sustainability.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs, budget, and timeline for the project
- Create detailed plans and drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Estimate project costs and materials needed for construction
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are met throughout the design process
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that construction is following the approved plans
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable practices

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

Note: This job is open to both locals and foreigners. English fluency is preferred but not required. Accommodation can be provided for foreigners if needed. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours available. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
