Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Karachi. As an Architectural Technologist, you will use your technical knowledge and expertise to assist in the design and construction of buildings. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop construction plans, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed construction plans
- Prepare designs using computer software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with plans
- Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Karachi (accommodation provided)

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment. Visa sponsorship may be available for international candidates.
