Senior Software Developer



We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates.

As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for our clients. You will be working closely with our project managers and other team members to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of software development principles and methodologies. You should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience with Agile development methodologies is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues in existing software
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Angular or React
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with database management systems such as SQL or MySQL
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with mobile app development
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
