The Part-Time Industrial Architect will be responsible for creating and implementing designs for industrial buildings and facilities. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field while also having the flexibility of a part-time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed designs and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
