Junior Back-End Developer

We are searching for a talented and driven Junior Back-End Developer to join our team in Almada. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their career in back-end development. Key Responsibilities:
- Help design, develop, and maintain back-end systems
- Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to create seamless user experiences
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or PHP
- Experience with back-end development frameworks (e.g. Spring, Django)
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience in back-end development
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience working with APIs
- Understanding of agile software development methodologies
