Office Assistant - Almada, Portugal

Seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support daily operations in our busy Almada office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$. No prior experience necessary as training will be provided. Accommodation, visa, and travel ticket will also be provided. Women are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
