Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Almada. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. This is an entry-level position and no experience is required. Our company offers a salary of 1300$, as well as accommodation if needed. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet clients and visitors upon arrival
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Assist in organizing company events or meetings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
