A reputable surveying company in Bayan, Kuwait is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment, such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data, prepare reports, and create detailed drawings using CAD software
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and calculations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate surveying efforts
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in the field and provide solutions or recommendations
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on site
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and CAD software
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
- Valid driver's license is required

We offer competitive salary of $1700 per month with opportunities for growth within the company. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for the right candidate.
