Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager with expertise in Indian cuisine to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, inventory control, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff members on their responsibilities and provide ongoing support and guidance
- Create work schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistent standards
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or make necessary changes to existing ones
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and culture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
