Computer Support Specialist

We are searching for a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Eschen. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients and employees with computer hardware, software, and network issues. Your main responsibility will be to troubleshoot problems and find solutions, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and employees in person, via phone, or remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software licenses
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Train users on new hardware or software applications
- Keep updated documentation of support activities

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Linux
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g. TeamViewer)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
