Entry Level Concierge in Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry Level Concierge in Almada, Portugal. As a concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and must possess excellent customer service skills. This is an entry level position and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Handle guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds
