We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping the land to determine boundaries, topography, and other features. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and presenting findings to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of land using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography.
- Measuring and marking boundaries, elevations, contours, and other features on the land.
- Collecting data related to property lines, topography, existing structures, and other relevant information.
- Analyzing survey data using computer software programs.
- Creating maps and reports based on survey findings.
- Communicating with clients to discuss project requirements and present survey results.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding land surveys.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as GPS systems and total stations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
