Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position, with a salary of $1100 per month. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Your duties will include preparing financial statements, analyzing data, reconciling accounts, and providing financial advice to management. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions
- Analyze financial data and provide reports to management
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Liaise with external auditors
- Provide financial advice to management
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
- Train junior accountants on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software (Quickbooks, SAP)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Biometric passport required
