Cashier Assistant


A Cashier Assistant is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a retail store by providing exceptional customer service and handling financial transactions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes or customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Location: Ufa, Russia (Preference for Indian candidates)

Salary: $1800 per month (Part-time positions also available)
