Experienced Waiter in Braga, Portugal


We are searching for an experienced waiter to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Upsell menu items and offer suggestions to customers based on their preferences
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Fluent in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
