As a Senior Computer Research Scientist in our thriving research and development department, you will be responsible for leading and conducting cutting-edge research in the field of computer science. Your primary focus will be on developing innovative solutions to complex problems and creating new technologies that will advance the field of computing.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee research projects in collaboration with other team members
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing technologies and identify areas for improvement
- Develop new algorithms, models, and methods to solve complex problems
- Design, implement, and test software prototypes
- Publish research findings in academic journals and present at conferences
- Mentor junior members of the team and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into practical applications

Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science research
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position. In addition to this compensation package, we also provide free visa sponsorship and flight ticket for international candidates.
