Sales Representative for Kenyan Market
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our products in the Kenyan market. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing trends, and providing feedback to the marketing team on customer needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and a deep knowledge of the Kenyan market. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify potential clients and their needs through market research and analysis
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze sales trends to identify areas for growth or improvement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets
- Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the Kenyan market
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Ability to speak Swahili is preferred but not required
Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Los Angeles (remote work allowed)
