Data Analytics Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Eschen, Kenya. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and providing insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Develop data models and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Utilize programming languages such as SQL or Python for data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through analysis of data
- Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics tools and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot trends or anomalies in data
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) is preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Eschen, Kenya. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have their own visa.
