We are hiring a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Eschen. Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data
- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract insights
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor the performance of data systems and make improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
