We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Baker to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your main goal will be to provide high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake a variety of products including breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate and finish products with icings, glazes, or toppings
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Train and supervise junior staff members

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity in designing new products or variations on existing ones

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from a culinary school is preferred
- Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
