We are currently seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an architectural technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and design of various architectural projects. Your primary role will be to develop technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that all designs meet building codes and regulations. You must have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Develop technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design development
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet functional requirements
- Review project specifications and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural technologist or similar role
- Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
