Merchandising Coordinator



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to join our team in Sofia. As a coordinator, you will work closely with the merchandising department to ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked in our stores. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the merchandising team to develop and implement store displays and layouts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and overall appearance
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create eye-catching displays that drive sales
- Analyze sales data and trends to make recommendations for product assortment and placement
- Ensure all products have accurate pricing, tags, and labels
- Communicate effectively with store managers regarding any merchandising updates or changes
- Train new employees on proper display techniques and company standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising or coordination role required
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Biometric passport (or willingness to obtain one) for international travel
