We are hiring a talented Merchandiser to join our international retail company in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that the right products are in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies based on market trends, sales data and customer demand
- Collaborate with buyers to select products and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Maintain visual standards and create attractive displays to enhance the shopping experience for customers
- Analyze sales data to identify top selling products and optimize product placement
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product availability, display execution and stock levels
- Train store staff on product features, benefits and selling techniques
- Participate in setting promotional schedules and creating marketing materials for new product launches or seasonal campaigns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using merchandising software or tools is preferred
