We are looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying various types of coatings to industrial structures and equipment. You should have experience with different painting techniques and knowledge of safety procedures. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and good hand-eye coordination. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding or blasting to remove old paint or rust
- Apply primer, base coats, and topcoats using various techniques such as spraying, rolling or brushing
- Mix paints and other materials according to specifications
- Ensure paint application is even and free of defects
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations
- Keep a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with hazardous materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
