Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Eschen. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, analyzing data, and creating accurate maps and reports. Your main goal will be to provide precise measurements and data for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments and techniques
- Collect and analyze data, including measurements, angles, elevations, and boundaries
- Create detailed maps and reports using specialized software
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of plans
- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with survey data
- Maintain accurate records of surveying activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Eschen
