Job Title: Seasonal Concierge in Funchal


We are hiring a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Funchal. As a Concierge, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and assist our guests with their needs during their stay. This is a seasonal position, perfect for those looking for temporary work without experience requirements. We welcome applicants from all nationalities and offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.

In this role, you will be responsible for arranging transportation, booking reservations, providing recommendations for local attractions and activities, and responding to guest inquiries and requests. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk and lobby area.

To excel in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
