Part-time Administrator
Location: Almada, Portugal
We are hiring a Part-time Administrator to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a part-time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company. This role is suitable for men who have experience in administration and are looking for a flexible work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Communicate with clients and vendors via phone and email
- Handle basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and bookkeeping
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the office
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
