We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Almada. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Maintain accurate records and databases for efficient data management
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Manage office inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in Almada or willing to obtain necessary visa sponsorship
