Senior Architect



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and proven experience managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage a team of architects, drafters, and other professionals to ensure project timelines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs comply with standards
- Review project proposals and provide feedback on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability
- Prepare project budgets, timelines, and cost estimates for clients
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to discuss project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
