Preservation Architect

As a Preservation Architect for our company in Chelyabinsk, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, government officials, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are conducted in accordance with local regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to determine their condition and identify potential issues
- Develop preservation plans based on assessment findings, client needs, and budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation plans
- Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for preservation projects
- Monitor progress of preservation projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Conduct research on historical buildings and materials to inform preservation decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices for historical preservation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in architectural preservation or restoration projects
- Strong understanding of local regulations related to historical preservation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
