We are a leading heritage preservation organization in Chelyabinsk seeking a Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and sites while also ensuring that they meet modern safety and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and sites to determine their condition and any necessary restoration work.
- Develop preservation plans and proposals, taking into account the historical significance of the building or site.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that restoration work is carried out properly.
- Monitor the progress of restoration projects and make any necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Keep detailed records of all preservation work done on each building or site.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for heritage preservation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in heritage preservation or restoration projects.
- Knowledge of architectural styles, historical construction techniques, and materials used in different time periods.
- Familiarity with local regulations related to historic preservation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think creatively to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English preferred.

Salary:
