Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties in Moscow, Russia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Moscow, Russia. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and decorating residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Apply primer or sealer to prepare surfaces for painting
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Use appropriate techniques to create decorative finishes such as marbling or stenciling
- Ensure all safety precautions are followed while working on ladders or scaffolding
- Clean up work area after completion of project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential and commercial settings
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
- Ability to mix paints to achieve desired color and texture
- Attention to detail with an eye for perfection
- Good physical strength and stamina as the job requires standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders or scaffolding for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Moscow, Russia. Candidates from India are preferred but not required.
