Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products in our warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders
- Label, store, pick, pack and ship products according to company standards
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move product
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock checks
- Communicate any discrepancies or issues with inventory to management
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working in the warehouse

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills to accurately count inventory and perform calculations
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (Preference for Indian nationals)

Salary: $900 USD per month (accommodation provided)
