Hotel Sales Manager - Balzers, Liechtenstein
We are seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxury hotel in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Manage the sales team and provide training and guidance as needed
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the senior management team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury property
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: 1200$ per month
