Land Surveyor


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed maps and reports for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Establish reference points and markers on construction sites
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, and elevations
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create maps and reports
- Analyze data and prepare accurate measurements and calculations
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accuracy of surveying data
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid biometric passport
