Architecture Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Khanpur. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural design and construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and oversee their work to ensure high-quality designs and efficient project management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget requirements, and develop appropriate design solutions.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the selection of materials, equipment, and contractors for projects.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including clients, contractors, engineers, and government officials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1400 per month
