Rental Coordinator
We are a rental company based in Malindi, seeking a responsible and organized Rental Coordinator to join our team. This position is open to Nepali nationals, with no English language requirement. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This role also offers accommodation, free visa, and ticket for selected candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and booking requests via phone, email, or in person
- Managing rental reservations and coordinating with the rental team for vehicle availability
- Collecting and processing rental payments
- Maintaining accurate records of rental transactions and contracts
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure proper maintenance standards are met
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing when needed
Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
