Librarian


We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Librarian to join our team in Eschen. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our library's collection, providing assistance to library patrons, and promoting library resources and services. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize library materials according to the Dewey Decimal System
- Assist patrons in locating materials and provide research assistance
- Develop and implement programs to promote library resources and services
- Maintain accurate records of library transactions and inventory
- Collaborate with other librarians to select new materials for the collection
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in literature, technology, and information management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Previous experience working in a library setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of library cataloging systems (e.g. MARC)
- Familiarity with electronic resources and technologies used in libraries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein (visa sponsorship available)
