Indian Construction Manager in Jizan


Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Jizan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the project
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve project proposals, contracts, and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all workers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Train and supervise construction team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Jizan. Please only apply if you are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Jizan.
