Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to oversee and manage our architectural projects in Gujrat. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve project efficiency and quality, while maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of architectural projects
- Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring they are adhered to
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained throughout each project phase
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, etc.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Gujrat, India
