Personal Trainer - Porto, Portugal

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing personalized fitness plans and workouts for clients. Your primary goal will be to help clients reach their fitness goals while promoting a healthy lifestyle. You must have experience in the fitness industry and be able to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals, fitness level, and any health concerns or limitations
- Develop personalized workout plans that are tailored to each client's needs and goals
- Instruct and demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Provide motivation and support to clients during workouts
- Track client progress and make adjustments to workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and research

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Trainer in a professional setting
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must have a valid personal training certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
