We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions and strategies. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in the data
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data requirements
- Develop strategies for collecting and organizing data efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python or other programming languages for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1700$

Location: Chelyabinsk (Candidates from India preferred)

Job Type: Contract (Without accommodation)
