Freelance Virtual Assistant - Mauren, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Freelance Virtual Assistant to join our team in Mauren, Pakistan. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and its clients remotely. This is a full-time position and previous experience as a virtual assistant is required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize emails, schedules, and appointments for the company and its clients
- Coordinate with team members and clients to schedule meetings and calls
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Create presentations, reports, and other documents as assigned
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Provide general administrative support to the company as needed
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a remote team environment
- Must have your own visa or be eligible to work in Pakistan
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
